Welcome To The PepcoConnect Blog

Welcome to the PepcoConnect blog!  This is officially the fourth step we’ve taken into Social Media, after Twitter (February 2009), YouTube (May 2009), and Facebook (January 2010).  Who would’ve ever thought we’d be diving into Social Media like this?

We hope that this can serve as yet another line of communication with our customers and anyone else interested in the topics we’ll blog about.  This will be a general blog.  Simply, we don’t want to limit ourselves to one topic so we will blog about EVERYTHING from Energy Efficiency to Smart Grid to Reliability to…well you get the point.

Believe it or not, one of the most important things we’re looking for is your feedback.  We want to use it to better serve you.  As open as we want to keep the forum, we only have two requests: keep feedback relevant to the blog post topic and refrain from any profanity in your feedback.  Again, we’ll blog about everything so you’ll get your chance to provide feedback on the topics you’re interested in.  And as long as the feedback is clean and edited, we won’t remove it.

I’m really excited to share our story with you, clear up any misconceptions you may have, and most importantly use your feedback in helping us improve this company.  I can’t wait to hear your great ideas!

‘Til the next post,
